Public and private information
Shared-name labels, declaration counts, timestamps, paid declaration prices and certificates can be public. Advertiser posters, submitted ideas and fictional handles may also be public. Reports are held for moderation. Avoid unnecessary private information in submissions. Other people may copy shared certificates.
Service data
The app records declaration and payment references, prices, tax, totals, currency and refund information; advertiser/account and email verification information; posters, ideas, votes, reports and browser-linked participation, including short stamp-game sessions and elapsed play time for the shared wasted-seconds counter. A random first-party cookie estimates activity and supports participation. Infrastructure providers may process request, device and network data for service operation and security.
Payment information
Paid checkout is hosted by Stripe Managed Payments and uses Link for transaction receipts and support. Stripe and Link process payment, billing, contact and transaction information under their own privacy policies. Card details are entered with the payment provider, not stored by this website. We retain the payment references and monetary records needed to deliver the certificate, handle support and reconcile refunds.
Purpose
We use service data to deliver the experience, moderate content, operate the advertiser queue, reduce abuse, handle support, preserve accounting records and estimate activity. Browser counts and share attempts are approximate and do not verify people or successful social delivery.
Requests and retention
Use /report for content review. Contact hello@officiallysucks.lol for privacy requests. We do not promise automatic deletion that has not been implemented. Required accounting records, backups and copies made by others may remain after content removal. For payment-provider data or your Link account, use the provider’s privacy and support channels.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts this site and its stored submissions. Purelymail handles service email. Stripe and Link provide paid checkout, payment processing and transaction support. Email verification and moderation messages are transactional; submitting a poster does not subscribe you to marketing.
